Team Lead (wedding day manager)
Are you passionate about the events industry and having a serving heart? Our Team Leads, or wedding day managers, are the point person on each #HitchedAtHawthorne day. The Team Lead is a pivotal role on a wedding day, ensuring that doors are unlocked and linens are set; welcoming the couple, their vendors and guests on a very special day and doing their part to bring a wedding day vision to life. With two shifts per event averaging at eight hours per shift we are proud to provide the work-life balance scarcely found within the events industry.

Bartender
It all begins with a passion for the pour! Oh, and being 21+ years old ;) Having an in-house bartending team provides a seamless experience for our couples and our large built-in bar is the perfect place to grab a cocktail. With pre-determined packages expansive experience is not required, but a positive attitude is!

Team Member
If you love to help make events happen then this is the role for YOU! Our Team Members are pivotal to the success of each event and help keep things moving. Duties include bussing tables, washing dishes, cleaning space and bringing a smile to each of our couple’s faces. If you’re looking for a side gig in the wedding industry or a first job as you explore what’s out there we have a spot for you.
